Refund Policy

Legal Disclaimer

At Liquidation Station, Superior Liquidation & Appliance Repair, Apple Ave Liquidation, and Pallets-R-Us customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every purchase meets expectations. However, due to the nature of liquidation and pallet sales, all sales are  final unless otherwise stated. Please carefully review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Approval Required for Returns

  • Any return must be pre-approved by our team before the item is brought back or shipped to us.

  • To request a return, customers must contact us at [your email/phone] within [X days, e.g., 7 days] of purchase.

  • Requests must include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.

No Cash Refunds

  • Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be applied toward a future purchase.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within [time frame, e.g., 90 days] of issuance.

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with certain promotional discounts.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for the exact same item may be requested; however, because inventory is based on liquidation and pallets, availability is not guaranteed.

  • If an identical item is not available, customers will receive store credit instead.

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when sold.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, or accessories (when applicable).

  • Not show signs of wear, alteration, or additional damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Clearance, “as-is,” or marked “final sale” products.

  • Pallet purchases are non-returnable / non-refundable

  • Products damaged after leaving our facility, unless verified as defective at the time of sale.

Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless otherwise approved.

  • Original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.

Management Discretion

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.

  • Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
