Shipping Policy
Local Delivery
We currently offer local delivery for pallet orders only. Delivery fees are based on distance from our business location in Greenville, MI, and are calculated using delivery zones (radius).

Zone 1 (within 5 miles): $50

Zone 2 (6–10 miles): $100

Zone 3 (10–15 miles): $150

Zone 3 (15–20 miles): $200
Deliveries beyond 20 miles may be available upon request. Please contact us for a custom quote. Delivery is curbside only unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Pickup Options
All customers are welcome to choose free local pickup at our business address. Pickup hours are:

Thurs–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will be contacted to confirm a delivery window or to schedule your pickup time.
Non-Pallet Orders
Products that are not sold by the pallet are available for pickup only and are not eligible for delivery at this time unless otherwise dictated notated in item description or verified by management.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup and contact us immediately if there are any issues so we can make it right.
