5. Return and Store Credit Policy (Retail Locations Only)
We offer a two-week (14-day) window for returns for store credit only, subject to the following conditions:

• Return requests must be brought to a manager for approval.

• Store credit is issued only if management approves the return.

• Items must be returned to the same location where they were purchased.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Wholesale purchases (including pallets) are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.

Management reserves the right to deny any return for any reason.

6. User Responsibilities
By using this Site, you agree that you will not:

• Engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site’s functionality or security.
